1. Introduction and principles

1.1. Skills Click works in partnership with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) for the delivery of targeted training and qualifications.

1.2. In order to be eligible for attendance in any course or qualification applicants must meet all requirements set out by the RTO. Failure to do so may result in the applicant / participant being withdrawn from the course. In this instance Skills Click is under no obligation to engage in further deliberation with the applicant / participant.

1.3. Additionally, where Government funding is applicable applicants must meet all requirements set out in relevant legislation. Failure to do so may result in the applicant / participant being withdrawn from the course. In this instance Skills Click is under no obligation to engage in further deliberation with the applicant / participant.

2. What you are not permitted to do

2.1. As a student enrolled with Skills Click you are not permitted to act in a way which:

2.1.1. is contrary to any law or which may encourage a person to act in a way which is contrary to any law;

2.1.2. may result in damage to Skills Click or any intellectual property owned by Skills Click or its contractors or agents;

2.1.3. is disruptive to the learning of others or that may restrict, disrupt or inhibit any other student;

2.1.4. endangers the health or safety of any person

3. Third party content

3.1. Skills Click do not accept responsibility for material linked to or otherwise accessible through the Skills Click site. We do not review

independent sites or control their content, but merely provides these links to you for your convenience. These links are not an endorsement of products, services, or information provided by such sites. Further, the inclusion of these links to other sites does not imply that the owners or operators of those other sites have given permission for inclusion of these links, or that there is any relationship between Skills Click and the linked sites.

3.2. Skills Click are an independent company and references to other companies or institutions do not necessarily imply any partnership, joint venture, or other legal connection.

4.1. 5. Courses

5.1. Forklift licensing pathway course

5.1.1. TAFE Western Sydney Institute (RTO 90000) is responsible for course delivery and all information submitted in this form will be forwarded to the RTO for processing and enrolment.

5.1.2. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government through the Smart and Skilled Program.

5.1.3. No licences are issued following delivery of any of the courses. For licensing information please visit the SafeWork NSW website by clicking here.

5.1.4. Unless there are extenuating circumstances the $125 fee is non-refundable e.g. for instances where the customer has booked and then decided not to go ahead with the course. Any re-booking or changing of dates will incur an additional fee of $125 per person.

5.1.5. The SafeWork NSW assessment is only offered to those who successfully complete the course, participants will be offered only 1 attempt to complete this assessment without charge.

5.1.6. All future attempts at the SafeWork NSW assessment will require an additional payment of $125

5.2. Forklift competency refresher course

5.2.1. TAFE Western Sydney Institute (RTO 90000) is responsible for course delivery and all information submitted in this form will be forwarded to the RTO for processing and enrolment.

5.2.2. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government through the Smart and Skilled Program.

5.3. Forklift licensing pathway course – onsite

5.3.1. TAFE Western Sydney Institute (RTO 90000) is responsible for course delivery and all information submitted in this form will be forwarded to the RTO for processing and enrolment.

5.3.2. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government through the Smart and Skilled Program.

5.3.4. $125 per person fee is non-refundable.

5.3.5. The SafeWork NSW assessment is only offered to those who successfully complete the course.

5.3.6. All future attempts at the SafeWork NSW assessment will require an additional payment of $125 per person at a location of Skills Clicks choosing.

5.3.7. Management must sign the onsite delivery disclaimer form to which they will be held legally accountable before any training is commenced.

5.3.8. If the site for delivery does not meet the standard the $125 per person fee will be foregone and a further application required to engage in a second attempt.

5.4. Handy Person course

5.4.1. TAFE NSW Western Sydney (RTO 90000) is responsible for course delivery and all information submitted in this form will be forwarded to the RTO for processing and enrolment.

5.4.2. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

5.4.3. No licences are issued following delivery of any of the courses. For licensing information please visit the SafeWork NSW website by clicking here.

5.4.4. $100 fee is non-refundable. Any re-booking or changing of dates will incur an additional fee of $100 per person.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Skills Click does not offer refunds on any enrolments.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the services and products offered by Skills Click (Full Company Name trading as Skills Click + ABN: 78608602526).

8. Personal information

8.1. The maintaining of your personal privacy is a responsibility that Skills Click takes very seriously Skills Click abides by the conditions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as it applies to the collection, security, use and disclosure of all personal information supplied to this website.

8.2. Skills Click will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided voluntarily. When a product is purchased through marketing activities (online, on-site, over the telephone etc.), personal information may be requested (such as name and address) in order to provide products or services, provide upgrades, update information or advise of other Skills Click products that may be of interest. No-one is obliged to provide personal information, however, not doing so may result in Skills Click being unable to provide products or services

8.3. Skills Click may contact individuals using information provided in order to:

8.3.2. Send newsletters, text messages, and other media.

8.4. If an individual receives communications from Skills Click which they do not wish to receive, they may remove their name from the database

9. Individuals Rights to Access

9.1. Individuals have the right to review the information that may be recorded on the Skills Click database. The Information may be reviewed by emailing Skills Click at Skills Click info@skillsclick.com.au

9.2. The information contained in our database may be changed by emailing Skills Click atinfo@skillsclick.com.au . In the same way, a request may be made to delete personal information, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons

9.3. Skills Click may approve the commercial use of its customers’ mailing list (including e-mail addresses) in a controlled manner to outside bodies proposing appropriate mail-outs. If, as a customer of Skills Click, you wish to have your name excluded from these commercial mailing lists, you should advise Skills Click by emailing at info@skillsclick.com.au
